As a professional hand-tool maker, Sheng Yang Metal Co., Ltd. has been ISO 9001:2000 certified and most of its products meet ANSI and VPA/GS international standards.

The company exports most of its general DIY tools to the United States and professional-grade tools to Europe. Its products lines include automotive tools, combination tool sets, computer tool kits, screwdriver sets, socket wrench sets, and tool kits.

Sheng Yang is proud of strict control on every aspect of the manufacturing process for its products. Today the company operates on both sides of Taiwan Strait, and its high-quality, value-added products, such as socket wrenches, are made in Taiwan and those in massive volume are turned out in mainland China.

Currently the company turns out an average of 300,000 tool sets per month, and most of them go to markets on OEM basis and some are made according to in-house designs.

Sheng Yang has an excellent R & D team comprising some 20 to 30 professionals, developing new designs annually. Recently the team has introduced a series of patented toolboxes that feature adjustable functions depending on the needs of customers. (JL)
